Tin Universe Daily #243

#243

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

Guinevere was going over the plans they had with Lancelot and Arthur; while sitting at The Round Table eating were Merlin and Perceival. All but Merlin were scared silly though when out of thin air appeared Joanshir and someone all of them recognized on top of the table.
‘I hate when someone uses one of those disks when I am near!’ shouted Perceival.
Lancelot helped Joanshir down from the table and Guinevere immediately grabbed her in an embrace.
Merlin stood up and smiled like Merlin normally does not do at the stranger standing on the table. Arthur also seemed happy to see this person also.
‘Delta,’ Merlin chirped.
Delta jumped down from the table taking Merlin’s hand and shaking it, ‘Merlin, what havoc have you caused now?’
‘Not my doing old friend. Russia is finally ready to make his final stand against us.’
Delta grabbed Arthur’s hand in friendship and hugged him and did the same with Lancelot. He bowed to Guinevere and then turned back to face Lancelot once again, ‘Do you still have my blade around here somewhere?’
Lancelot bent down and reached up under the table and pulled out a sword like no other in Camelot because there was no other like it in Camelot. You see Merlin, who obtained it during a visit to Rome, gave it to Delta as a gift.
Joanshir walked up to Delta as the others gathered around Merlin as he told them what they had to do to save Camelot.

An hour later as the planning was still going on, and Merlin was now asleep on Arthur’s throne, Joanshir was sitting near Delta as he ate, ‘You are the famous wizard Delta?’
‘Famous am I? I don’t know if I like that. I’m really supposed to be as conspicuous as possible.’
‘My father spoke of you once. He said you were more human than Merlin but seemed just as tortured in the soul.’
‘Your father was a very wise man,’ Delta stood up to walk away, ‘But my soul is gone and it is not a subject I wish to discuss.’
Joanshir was left wondering about this stranger who she found herself very attracted to.

The sale of this book without its cover….well, is, sort of, impossible since it really doesn’t have a cover but let us go through the legal spray out anyways. If you purchased this book without a cover, you should be aware that it was reported to the publisher as “unsold and destroyed.” Hands up to you who have books like this in your collection? Now that I put my hand down we can continue with the credits and copyright and legal and stuff that people just don’t ever pay attention to unless it is pumping their own horn.
