Tin Universe Daily #247

#247

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

The planet is unknown and unexplored by any life form so far. It has no name but will come to bear the name Ywain after a favored son by its first queen.
The planet is almost identical to Earth except for its pinkish sky and it has an orbiting display of over seventeen moons that orbit its skies and shine really bright at night causing the planet to seem like it has two day times.
Right now walking across a beautiful grassy section of the planet’s surface are five people and as they walk a story is told to one so she will understand, ‘You see Joanshir, Merlin over there loved Camelot. He loved it like an adult loves his childhood toys, which is not always a healthy thing. What happen was thus. A long time of ago when Camelot was alive and in our world it existed in the areas that we call The United Kingdom today. More or less near Cardiff I think? Anyways, the story goes basically like you heard all your life, Disney films, books, comics, and such all had a few of the facts right. Though some were a lot more accurate than others. Let’s not even mention the Richard Gere movie. Camelot, getting back to the story telling of the back-story after the fact of the story, Camelot was rescued during a great time of crisis by Merlin. Taken out of reality into the land of dreams to become part of the legends of man. But it needed to return to history. History needs Camelot.’
Oh, and you may ask about the hanging plot thread of Russia and his vampires? Delta sent Russia into the sun because he really never liked the blood-sucking bastard at all but the rest of the vampires were scattered throughout time and space because he got distracted trying to do two really big things at once… opps.

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

‘They are on their way down. That means…’
Guinevere put her hand on Joanshir’s shoulder, ‘No time for woe Knight, we must be prepared. Merlin? Delta?’
Merlin and Delta were gathered as Ywain and Mordred pulled up laid stones from the floor of the chamber. Ywain reached into the ground after Mordred pulled up a very heavy stone with a small bag in his hand. Then he reached it to Merlin but Delta stepped in-between and took hold of the bag, ‘Not this time old friend. Change of plans’
Merlin jumped into the face of Delta fierce with rage which set off a power that knocked everyone in the room but for Delta to the floor, ‘That is mine!’
‘This was never about you Merlin. It was about a boy with a destiny that you were a part of.’
‘But I saved all of it.’
‘And now it must be returned. The world needs legends but it needs heroes of reality even more. They wish for me to use the crystal to fix things.’
Merlin sat down in the floor at Delta’s feet almost in a sulk like a child, ‘I did not know you did everything those Napoleons told you to do?’
Delta bent down and patted his friend on the shoulder, ‘The only thing I am is what I now live to be.’
As vampires began to bang thunderously at the chamber door Guinevere walked over with Joanshir to were Merlin and Delta where, ‘Merlin what is going to happen?’
Merlin looked up at the Queen, ‘Things will be put right my dear. Finally, you all will have peace.’
Then Merlin looked over to Delta who was leading Mordred and Ywain over to hold the chamber door secure with several long boards, ‘What do I get Delta? Do I finally face judgment?’
Delta turned after showing the two young Knights what needed to be done, ‘No. Destiny has further plans for you, Morgan, and Joanshir.’
Joanshir launched in confused rage and kicked Merlin in the chest and then she slapped Delta, ‘Tell us what is going to happen!? What has happened!?’
Delta takes Joanshir’s hand, ‘I will beautiful lady as we go.’ The Queen signaled for Joanshir not to kill Delta for his condensation.
Delta didn’t notice, ‘Now Guinevere, Merlin link hands with us. Mordred you and Ywain hold that door for as long as you can.’
They linked hands and sat down on the floor of the chamber. Delta took out the crystal and sat it in the middle of the floor between them. From the crystal appeared Morgan. Mordred turned from the door long enough to allow the vampires to overpower Ywain’s strength and force the door open and he said one word before all but himself and his half-brother disappeared, ‘Mother.’

Tin Universe Daily #245

#245

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

Lancelot, Arthur, and Perceival stood, ready, awaiting the charge. Merlin had lowered his magic’s. The time was now. If this day would produce stories to be retold they would start with this moment. There was nothing but silence within the kingdom now. Arthur by way of Merlin and Delta’s plan had sent word to Russia that if he let all leave Camelot outside of the castle unharmed they would lower Merlin’s magic’s.
Lancelot had warned all Knights what was going to happen. They were to take all the people of Camelot away from the kingdom as far as they could go until they heard word from the King or Merlin to return.
Perceival was the first to speak up after all of this had taken place, ‘I looked through Merlin’s globe of sight. The Vampires have allowed all to leave to your request my King. Now they have the castle surrounded. Looks to be around one thousands of them. Their King, this Russia as Merlin calls him is standing at the main gates awaiting what I do not know? Do they know how many we are here?’
Lancelot leans against a wall putting on his armored gloves, ‘This vampire leader is trying to think like our warlock and figure out what is happening against his knowledge.’

Russia stood with his warriors knowing full well Merlin had a plan, he always had plans upon plans, but he also knew of nothing the warlock could do that could stop his army. A handful of Knights and feeble magic will not keep him from re-entering the flesh world.
And nothing could stop him from tasting Delta’s blood.

‘Merlin?’
‘My lady.’
‘What you and Delta speak of is madness?’
Delta turns to Guinevere as Joanshir, Mordred, and Ywain help Merlin move a number of chairs, bookcases, and a huge filing cabinet against the chamber door, ‘Not madness, just the things dreams are made of.’

It was sudden. Smoke began shooting up the walls of the castle transforming into armored vampire warriors as it entered the windows of the main hall. There they went up against Lancelot, Arthur, and Perceival.
The battle had begun and Lancelot being the born leader that he was took charge, ‘Arthur guard the door. No matter what you do not move from it until one of us falls. Perceival to the stairway, I see smoke there already.’
The King moved back as his friend yelled and Perceival ran to the stairway just as the smoke Lancelot spotted changed into a link of vampires lined up the steps in single file, which lead up to the main hall.
All the vampires surged into the hall at the same moment. All the Knights raised their swords as one. The battle would rage in the favor of the Knights for over an hour, and then the vampires started to make headway. Blows hit white armor, men were backed within the room, and two hours after it began Perceival fell from a cut across his neck.
The battle stopped for a few moments as vampires swarmed Perceival’s body feeding on his blood and flesh, then more vampires appeared focused on the sight of Arthur and Lancelot who both stood backed against the door. All that can be said is that they fought valiantly and with fierce fury from every inch of life they had left until they both fell and the door was shattered and smoke charged down the steps towards a wizard’s chambers.

Tin Universe Daily #243

#243

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

Guinevere was going over the plans they had with Lancelot and Arthur; while sitting at The Round Table eating were Merlin and Perceival. All but Merlin were scared silly though when out of thin air appeared Joanshir and someone all of them recognized on top of the table.
‘I hate when someone uses one of those disks when I am near!’ shouted Perceival.
Lancelot helped Joanshir down from the table and Guinevere immediately grabbed her in an embrace.
Merlin stood up and smiled like Merlin normally does not do at the stranger standing on the table. Arthur also seemed happy to see this person also.
‘Delta,’ Merlin chirped.
Delta jumped down from the table taking Merlin’s hand and shaking it, ‘Merlin, what havoc have you caused now?’
‘Not my doing old friend. Russia is finally ready to make his final stand against us.’
Delta grabbed Arthur’s hand in friendship and hugged him and did the same with Lancelot. He bowed to Guinevere and then turned back to face Lancelot once again, ‘Do you still have my blade around here somewhere?’
Lancelot bent down and reached up under the table and pulled out a sword like no other in Camelot because there was no other like it in Camelot. You see Merlin, who obtained it during a visit to Rome, gave it to Delta as a gift.
Joanshir walked up to Delta as the others gathered around Merlin as he told them what they had to do to save Camelot.

An hour later as the planning was still going on, and Merlin was now asleep on Arthur’s throne, Joanshir was sitting near Delta as he ate, ‘You are the famous wizard Delta?’
‘Famous am I? I don’t know if I like that. I’m really supposed to be as conspicuous as possible.’
‘My father spoke of you once. He said you were more human than Merlin but seemed just as tortured in the soul.’
‘Your father was a very wise man,’ Delta stood up to walk away, ‘But my soul is gone and it is not a subject I wish to discuss.’
Joanshir was left wondering about this stranger who she found herself very attracted to.

#241

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

‘So you are Gawain’s daughter?’
‘Was…’
Joanshir and the stranger had arrived near the outside walls of the city where they rested and watched as hundreds if not thousands of armored vampires where attacking.
The stranger looked up as if trying to find the words to use as Joanshir was looking for something on the ground, which was, near a huge oak tree. As she was doing this he looked at her knowing he was looking at a person who should not exist in any way.
‘Your father saved my life when myself, Merlin, and Lancelot first battled these creatures. He was supposed to stay behind but many thought we were on a suicide mission and he did not wish to watch us die without him by our side trying to keep that from happening. And we would have if not for him.’
She found what she was looking for without acknowledging what he had said. She pulled from the ground an object. It was a circular disk. She reached it out for the stranger to take, ‘Hold onto this with me. It’s magic from Merlin. It will take us to the side of the King.’
The stranger took hold of the disk with a smile knowing what it was and both of them disappear.

TIN UNIVERSE DAILY #239

#239

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

He handed her his flask as she sat on top of a huge marble slab, part of the forest ruins. She was trying to catch any bit of breath she could find to force it into her lungs.
‘Drink,’ He told her, ‘Go ahead, it will calm you a little before we head for the city.’
Joanshir took a large drink from the flask, shook her head like she just drank sewer water mixed with gasoline, and stood up with new energy.
‘Thank you stranger for giving me a hand in battle. You fought bravely.’
The stranger put away the flask in an inside pocket to his blood red jacket that seemed to dance with a red dust.
‘Nothing brave about knowing how to kill,’ he told her, ‘Those creatures are quite the experts at that particular talent.’
She gave him a queer look before turning to look in the direction of the city where she spotted the smoke in the moon sky.
A lot of smoke.
The stranger put a hand on her shoulder, ‘The vampires are out for one thing my dear and we need to get there quickly before they find out where my old friend Merlin hide it.’
The stranger and Joanshir began a full on sprint for the city. Joanshir’s heart felt like it was going to explode from her chest but also as she ran beside this man who came to fight by her side against the vampires she could not help but be curious about any mortal man who called Merlin friend, if he was a mortal man at all.

TIN UNIVERSE DAILY #235

#235

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

Hell, you know that place of overheating.
Mountains and mountains of nothing but lava pits, red clay, and sulfur rock is what Hell is. The only signs of life unless you travel down into one of the pits are stray bones that on appearance appear to have been thrown about here and there. The bones which are mostly from non-human races that enjoyed pain too much for the normal tortures Hell offers are signs of just how real Hell is.
A lie told about Hell by the mythology makers is that you go there only in spiritual form. This just is not true by a long shot. When you set foot or whatever sort of appendage you move around with or without you are actually given a new body for the torturous pain that is awaiting you, an immortal flesh form perfect and ready for the pleasures of the creatures created to inhabit this realm to play with.
Another misconception about Hell is that it is not a true place of substance. A lot of bullshit centers around it being either a state of mind after death or some holy section of creation.
Hell was actually one of the first things to come into creation but at that time it was nothing more than a realm of primordial black matter, but after the great rebellion in Heaven Lucifer chose it as his place of banishment when he was cast down and had hoped for it to be also his standing ground for his counter confrontation but he had other roles to play that no one in creation even knew about as he found himself also a slave to Destiny and became the King Of Hell and The Eternal Damnation.
Down within The Throne Pit Of Hell at the center of Lucifer’s kingdom a conversation is on its finishing moments between Lucifer and someone who has become a being of great interest to him, ‘You were given safe passage here to see what will await you no matter what you do. How does that feel?’ asked Lucifer
‘Feels like justice,’ Delta told him.
Lucifer’s fingernails scratched into his once beautiful skin as he stood from his throne and placed his hands behind his back. He would love to just rip apart this flesh standing in front of him but knows he would be judged forever if he stepped into that direction and he wants this man’s soul and flesh but that soul is being keep somewhere else in creation and not within his reach as of yet.
‘Welting flowers are in my garden, and my sunshine is raindrops on broken dreams. I am Lucifer, The Morning Star, The Singer and one day I will have your soul to eat just like I had hers Dream Healer.’
Delta looked away from Lucifer to the Angel Ravel who will stand behind the throne of Hell until Judgment Day as an eye for Heaven to the deeds of Hell.
‘One day can be a day very far away,’ Delta said.
Lucifer smiled, ‘I can wait.’
The Dream Healer’s paratrooper boots slightly stirred up a little sulfur dust from the ground as he turned away from the throne, ‘I guess then I will see you again someday but now I have somewhere else to be.’ Then he gave a slight bow of indifference, ‘King Of Hell.’
With that gesture he turned fully away from the burning throne and walked away into his future. As he climbed up the steep hill of red clay and sulfur rock that led out from the throne pit the whole of Hell shook in anger at the defiance of one of its future citizens.
As The Dream Healer left Hell Lucifer walked over to were stood Ravel as always straight in posture and ready to fly if he hears the voice speak to him, ‘Do you believe in redemption for all still loyal Angel of Heaven?’ Lucifer asked Ravel.
Ravel stirred only slightly turning his flaming sword which is forever pressed into the soil of Hell until needed, ‘All have true redemption open to them Morning Star but that one has a closed destiny just as you do.’

TIN UNIVERSE DAILY #233

#233

There are so many versions of some stories.
Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

A time within no time later, from the last time, inside a room contained by the house of Death, on the floor was a body.
This room has only been used 3 other times to delay judgment.
And once more in the future.
Into this room nothing in creation can see, but for the eyes within it there is nothing here happening. It contained no furniture except for one old wooden chair sitting in one far corner from the door and a mirror dresser with a washbasin sitting on top of it filled with Vodka.
Standing over the male human body, which was shaking because of the fact of being naked on the cold stone floor, was a figure almost shinning with power.
The figure doing the standing was wearing a green suit which was without a wrinkle, smooth as if never touched, not even so much as for someone having ever put it on.
The figure bent down and put one hand on the floor for balance and cupped his other hand around his mouth so he could whisper in the shaking man’s ear, ‘You have been given a chance. You will never be granted salvation but you can walk a different path for a while longer. It is your choice though. This is not a gift but a further curse for your dammed existence.’
The unclothed body continued to shake but slowly his blue eyes began to open.

There are so many versions of some stories. Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.
Pain in the ass kids, Right?

The city of Berlin, 2040.
Germany was left as it was after the Russian Bombers of 2025 left it and as most of the rest of the world had forgotten thus cursed it to be; which was a radioactive city of ruins and the very sick and generations born sick and dying younger by the day were its people.
A man is sitting in a kitchen in a Berlin Sedder Section home talking with a friend who recently lost someone very special to him. The room was filled with scavenged pots and pans and the wallpaper was wet and pealing from the water coming through all the holes the roof had.
The man sitting across from the grieving friend pushed down his bowler hat onto the top of his head and took his friends hand from the side of the table, ‘The place he is now is filled with whispers of that word that killed him. Those words spoken with hate called war. Alongside disease and loneliness, it is the growth of the realm.’
‘He did so many bad things… though I knew the man he was within his heart.’
‘Life matters and so does redemption. The possibility of redemption for all is the basis of hope. All who have lived spend one second there. It is a passageway to judgment but also a place where judgment can be adverted. The possibility of a path changed. It has happened before and can happen again.’

If you purchased this book without a cover, you should be aware that it was reported to the publisher as “unsold and destroyed.” Hands up to you who have books like this in your collection? Now that I put my hand down we can continue with the credits and copyright and legal and stuff that people just don’t ever pay attention to unless it is pumping their own horn.

Tin Universe Daily #229

#229

There are so many versions of some stories. Especially when a prospective to the title of The Pledge is screwing with reality in Utah.

The date seemed to be April 16th 1945, though reality was twisted a little by the previous events in creation and by that previously mentioned very powerful young mind in Utah.
In Berlin the Nero Order had just been given. A dictator mad with defeat only saw the failures of his people to achieve victory and set loose plans to make all of them suffer for not achieving his goals.
In the surrounding hills near a concentration camp coded Valhalla you find a crow like creature sitting in a tree watching events unfold in an information gathering flight to this little planet we call Earth.
That though is a story for another time.
But also nearby, as within the same country, nearby a young man of war had this false hope. The hope was a hope of sorts where he was making his thoughts delusional to get through the minutes. A dream, no a wish to change his surroundings from a place of hiding and maybe surrender to a place of his old life. The place of his life before the war. But all of that is fantasy and he knows all too well the facts walking nearby.
Last year he was in Budapest and also spent time near the Austrian border in December working as an operations guard, all being the good soldier for his country. Now the cold chill he feels off the walls and the floors remind him of that December but also of the winters when he was younger. He grew up in a small farming village in Germany. He does not have to think or make wonder of questions at what they are planning to do to him because he knows exactly what he would do if he was in their position and they in his.
He always told himself the things his peop… the things he did…that they were acts of war. Over and over in his mind for the past hour was that it was simply a case of orders he took and had to follow.
Orders given to him.
Lies to oneself can be the most horrid to create and believe in.
Things we cannot take back the most damming to survive.
Put both together and that combination can be a most damaging one to humanity.
The American soldiers who put him in here, in this metal box, they were tired when they caught him and locked him folded up and smashed into the box to give themselves a chance to rest. Every time they questioned him he saw in their eyes parts of their humanity drift away. He knows that look because he put that look into so many eyes. That look was in an innumerable set of eyes as they passed him into the camp to never walk back out.
The American soldiers got separated from their unit. He ran when a tank group attacked the camp where he served as an outer wall guard. He ran for what seemed to him to be no less, could not have been no less than 4 days when he saw the mighty, the told to be undefeatable fall.
A number of Germans believed in ‘Versilles Diktat’. This thought was one were Germans believed the peace terms dictated by the Allies were unjust at the end of WWI. Actions given excuses for actions unforgivable in nature.
In a way the Gods of old had been reborn to only be found out to be as false as paper.
Running into the forest, running in the snow, running from the horrors he had taken part in and no longer having the protection of bigger guns or stronger arms to defend his actions, to defend his thoughts. It was as if Angels from Heaven had come down to judge the quality of Hell and they would not let one escape from the filth they had created.
He came into contact with this lost group of soldiers while hiding out in the hull of what once was a farm house burned to ruins by war. Which side it was a part of did not matter. They walked in through the back kitchen door as he stashed his self away in a storage side door in a bathroom. All of the soldiers were talking about the very camp he once proudly walked outside the walls of. By members of the tank group who shut down the camp they had gotten all the information, they knew all of what had happened there. The experiments, the mass burials, the rituals, all were known now. As he hid in fear from a crack in the storage area door he saw them walking, searching the house and they talked and he saw the anger which came off their lips with each word spoken about what they had been told.
The camp was part of The Final Solution. It contained twelve hutted structures containing many prisoners-Jews, trade unionists, gypsies, homosexuals, Beyond Humans before anyone knew what those were, Protestants, Catholics, and those subjected to “protective custody.”
At the time when the tanks had arrived not one prisoner remained living in the huts.
Now from within the farm toolbox they put him in he hears them as they are discussing ways of killing him. Pay back is shouted, justice is screamed, and tears are felt going down tired faces in the cold winter air as the soldiers discuss what they have seen and what others have faced.
Three of the five soldiers were very young. In appearance before they landed in the country they now find themselves in they would have looked not a day over 18 but now they had aged in the weeks they had spent fighting in this war. The other two soldiers were older and stood for the most part outside the house and would ever so often bark out an order to the younger ones so they must have been of higher rank. That at least was his thinking.
‘What is your rank?’ asked one of the soldiers.
‘I…I…’
‘Who cares what his rank is. I just want a name. I need a name so we can call out the demons you people are!’
‘My name is Deltaish Sermon.’
One of the older soldiers burst through the front door of the house. He rushed over to where Deltaish was sitting in the metal box and slapped him on the side of his head with the pistol that was still in his hand. Then he shoved Deltaish back into the box and shut the lid and began firing off rounds all around the box.
Deltaish just laid in the box feeling the blood slide down his face from the gun handle striking the side of his head. He was afraid to move an inch and could barely breathe with the fear filling up within his whole body.
For minutes that seemed like hours all Deltaish could hear outside of the box were footsteps shuffling around. Then a loud shouting voice rang out from the almost deadish quite, ‘Go ahead and kill him if you want to! I have killed probably more than a hundred men since touching ground from our jump in so one more will not haunt my dreams any more than the rest but he’s a prisoner and we are not an executioner squad!’
‘I can be,’ Was barely heard coming from outside the box.
The lid flew open and three pairs of hands grabbed Deltaish and pulled him from the box and began to drag him outside the house where they threw him down the front steps of the farmhouse.
He looked up from his position of looking down at the ground to see the three young soldiers staring down at him. He could also see back into the house where the older soldiers now where sitting on the metal box lighting cigarettes.
He turned away from them and gave a slight glance towards the forest that was nearby the farmhouse. He asked himself questions of whether he had the strength to run and if he did was that what they wanted, to shoot him as he ran?
Was it what he wanted?
In a way he thought about it just to make it easier for them.
From behind he could hear footsteps slowly coming down the houses wooden front steps and then boots began kicking him. At first he tried to at least shield his face but after a few to the ribs he no longer had the strength to raise his arms and just laid there on the ground as they continued to kick him for over 20 minutes.
He was gasping for air from the beating when one of the soldiers spoke to the other two, ‘Pick him up. I want to get this over with because I’m starting to get sick from just being around him.’
Two of them picked Deltaish up by his arms. The force of them doing so cracked already damaged ribs. One of the young soldiers pulled his Army issued rifle from his shoulder where it was hanging by an overused thinned out strap and pushed it up to be right in front of this German soldiers face and aimed his sights right between the blue eyes of a soldier and another soldier pulled the trigger of his gun.
The death was in war.

NO REFILL: WAIT UNTIL THE SUNSET DIES- PART 49

Atlanta, Georgia.
While in Atlanta deadly hail falls for seven hours.
Probably has something to do with that potential to the choices of The Pledge in Savannah.
Or maybe not?
Hard to tell when all you’re seeing is fragments.

Johnson City, TN.
In TN, that’s short for Tennessee, the TN… just saying…. God, get off my back.
In Tennessee a man finds out his families well water has turned into blood.
See I just use TN because I’ve always been embarrassed since I was a kid about not being able to spell things including words like Tennessee.
Way to be a jerk.

Charlotte, North Carolina.
In the Carolina’s, in several towns and cities, a child mysteriously comes down with Ebola.
That’s sad.

Coeburn, Virginia.
While Tracie is talking with her doctor it started to rain a harmful acid rain.
Though is any acid rain helpful… or non-harmful.
How about I move on.
Delta is being driven nuts enough by the fragments he’s being attacked with, he doesn’t need Gods rambles also in his head.
I’m saying I’m God there.

Iraq
In Iraq the girlfriend of Justin Cole had a nightmare about a battle just before she is told about Justin’s death.
Yea, isn’t he a zombie now? Justin Zombie or something like that?
Then she meets a man named Mark.
Wonder if it’s that Mark?

Coeburn, Virginia.
Tracie is sleeping in the hospital when she notices when waking up that a woman was sitting in a corner of the room that goes by the name King Semi.

NO REFILL: WAIT UNTIL THE SUNSET DIES- PART 48

Coeburn, Virginia.
Tracie was in a hospital, nurses discussed her body tattoos that covered her shoulders and back.
The tattoos that were not there before.
Delta was still asking himself, he could have sworn Tracie was a male when these fragmented flashes started?

NO REFILL: WAIT UNTIL THE SUNSET DIES- PART 42

A Secret Sort Of Place.
Somewhere a secret meeting takes place.
What secret sort of places are for.
Delta is getting a secret sort of migraine.
When he screams in a few minutes from being hit with reality fragments of events he is going to scream.
Then no more secret... migraine.
