WHISPERS CAN HURT
Introducing: Tina Phee, The Orlando Refills, and the
S.W.B.L.
January 2nd,
The TV had an almost death rattle hum sitting on top of an
even larger, even older wooden cased television.
The smaller set had just shown a news broadcast about a
young woman who walked into a campus restaurant at S.H.U. dressed in a military
uniform mixed with a Greek theatre mask holding a pair of Roman short swords.
The young women proceeded to kill six students and one barista.
After the restaurant had cleared in fear the attacker walked
into the view of one of the restaurant kitchen security cameras where she
removed her mask to reveal a face covered in light blue face paint.
Police arrived to find no sign of the attacker and the
campus was still in lockdown as of the time of the broadcast.
The news show continued with the latest on entertainment.
The viewer was gone for a bathroom break and returned ablaze
about rumors of a possible relationship between U.N. sanctioned hero Pulpy and
All-Star basketball player Tina Phee of the Orlando Refills of the System Women’s
Basketball League.

The sale of this book without its cover….well, is, sort of,
impossible since it really doesn’t have a cover but let us go through the legal
spray out anyways. If you purchased this book without a cover, you should be
aware that it was reported to the publisher as “unsold and destroyed.” Hands up
to you who have books like this in your collection? Now that I put my hand down
we can continue with the credits and copyright and legal and stuff that people
just don’t ever pay attention to unless it is pumping their own horn.
